All product submissions must be accompanied by the required payment. Each registration is non-refundable once submitted. Directions for payment and submission are provided within the portal.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all submitted data is accurate and up to date. VDFP reserves the right to reject or request clarification on any submission.
6. Portal Availability
While we strive to maintain continuous access, VDFP does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the RCIP Portal and may perform maintenance or updates without prior notice.
